What we collect and why

We collect your name or nickname, contact details and message to answer product inquiries. Do not enter identity numbers, passport details, card numbers or payment passwords in the form.

Storage and use

Inquiries are stored in the seller’s own system for replies and necessary transaction checks. Sending an inquiry does not opt you into advertising. Personal details are not displayed on public product pages.

Deletion requests and your choice

You may decline consent, in which case the form cannot be submitted. Request deletion through the seller’s contact details. If retention is legally required, we will explain the applicable scope.

For security and spam prevention, we record a hash of the connection address. We check inquiries from the last hour and clear older records when processing the next inquiry.

On your first visit, a local IP database estimates your country to suggest a language and display currency. Your IP is not sent to an external geolocation service for this lookup. A country preference is stored in a cookie for 30 days, and language and currency preferences for up to one year. You can change your choices at any time. A VPN may change the detected region.
